Where We Deliver    
Currently, we offer delivery across all locations within India. Although international shipping is not available at this time, we’re actively working to expand our delivery options to better serve our customers in the future.

Order Processing and Delivery Times    
After placing your order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase and estimated delivery time. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within 3-8 business days based on your location.    

What Happens in Case of Delivery Failures?    
If delivery fails due to reasons like an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, our delivery partner will attempt two additional deliveries. If the issue persists, your order will be returned to us, and you may request a re-delivery at an additional shipping cost.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments    
We pack your items with utmost care. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence of the damage. In the case of a lost order, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome, we will either send a replacement or offer a refund.  

Product-Specific Delivery Details    
Certain products like large furniture or fragile items may have specific delivery instructions. Any special delivery information will be clearly mentioned on the product page, so you can make informed decisions before completing your purchase.
